We are thrilled to announce the launch of LiveChat – an instant messaging service linking intermediaries to Flex's customer service team during business hours. Flex Insurance is always looking for ways to improve our customer service and communications, with our customers being the central focus to everything we do. This is why we are launching LiveChat as an additional communication channel, to help you run your business in a more efficient manner.
LiveChat will be available from flexinsurance.com.au during business hours and will provide fast responses to simple administration questions and requests that would otherwise require a phone call or an email. This functionality will enable you to quickly and easily respond to your client requests and strengthen the relationship through a great customer experience.

During business hours you can access LiveChat via our website flexinsurance.com.au by clicking on the LiveChat icon on the bottom right corner of every page.
