Making a Difference in Insurance

As part of its Year of the Insurance Professional initiative, the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) established the “Making a Difference” award.

This award seeks shine a light on the industry’s unsung heroes by recognising individuals who have gone above and beyond to continually display exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service for their customers. ANZIIF has just announced the winners.

Flex Insurance is delighted to announce that Lillian Zhou, Flex Insurance Senior Underwriter, is the inaugural ANZIIF Making a Difference award winner.
