Flex Insurance appoints Shane Schneider as Head of Underwriting to further enhance its product and service delivery.

Flex Insurance is proud to announce the appointment of Shane Schneider as the new Head of Underwriting, a strategic move coinciding with the brand approaching its 5th anniversary.

Shane's extensive industry experience and leadership track record will be a positive asset as Flex Insurance continues its growth trajectory.

Shane brings a wealth of knowledge to Flex Insurance, with over 30 years’ experience in insurance. Shane joined CHU in 2021 as an Underwriting Manager for QLD/NT and was then promoted to the role of Business Initiatives and Special Projects within the CHU National Underwriting team.

Shane holds an MBA in Insurance from Deakin University and has earned Fellowship status with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). His broad international experience and deep understanding of the industry make him well-suited to lead Flex Insurance's underwriting initiatives.
